Citizens Health is looking for an administrative assistant to the Director of Nursing at FCHC.  The work will be full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm.

Location: 100 E College Drive, Colby, Ks


Position Information: Under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing performs receptionist and secretarial functions, as well as, managing confidential information for nursing department.


Days: Monday-Friday, 5 days a week 


Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm


Pay Range:  dependent upon experience


What you’ll do:

  • Complete routine clerical duties to ensure the flow of daily operations within the Nursing Department.
  • Acts as receptionist and secretary for the Director of Nursing and nursing service. 
  • Assists with medical assistant duties as needed.


What you bring to the table:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology required.
  • At least one year of experience in a medical environment.
  • Experience with EMR (electronic medical records) preferred.
