Citizens Health is looking for a screener to work full-time in our plant operations department.

About Us: Citizens Health is a community based, private, not-for-profit organization. It is comprised of:

Citizens Medical Center - a 25 bed critical access hospital,

Family Center for Health Care - an outpatient rural health clinic,

Prairie Senior - a skilled nursing facility,

Citizens Clubhouse - an onsite childcare center that cares for children 6 weeks to school age for our workforce,

Citizens Medical Equipment - our durable medical equipment business.

Days/Hours: Typically Monday-Friday  8AM to 5PM with possible weekends


Pay Range:  $11.25 starting wage


The screener will report to the Plant Operation Manager


What you’ll do:

  • Greet staff, patients, and visitors
  • Take temperatures with a thermal thermometer or other like equipment
  • Complete appropriate screening procedures, as required during situations of widespread illness
  • Ensure all individuals enter the building are wearing the appropriate facial and/or eye coverings
  • Provide appropriate facial coverings to patients, staff, or visitors that are not wearing them
  • Other duties as assigned by department leader


What you bring to the table:

  • High school diploma or GED
